PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global chemical manufacturing client to source and hire a Sr. Integrated Media Manager to join their Texas team. This is a DIRECT HIRE Opportunity that offers hybrid work week and relocation!

What You’ll Do as the Integrated Media Manager:

✅ Build and execute integrated media strategies across TV, digital, social, search, influencer, and retail media networks (think Walmart Connect, Amazon, Kroger, Instacart).

✅ Optimize investments for brand equity AND retail conversion.

✅ Lead a small but mighty team and manage agency partners for top-tier performance.

✅ Own budgets, analytics, and insights—presenting results to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 7–10 years in media/marketing (CPG experience a big plus).

✔ Expertise in national media + retail/shopper marketing.

✔ Strong leadership chops and financial acumen.

✔ Curious, innovative, and ready to push boundaries.
