Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain manufacturing floors, production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain facility floors
• Empty trash throughout the facility daily
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Replenish restroom supplies
• Clean breakroom tables, counters, appliances, and employee areas
• Dust and clean surfaces, doors, windows, and facility areas
• Maintain cleanliness around production equipment while following safety procedures
• Report spills, leaks, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to management
• Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Assist the Maintenance Manager when needed
• Perform additional facility-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and follow safety procedures
• Experience using floor scrubbers, shop vacuums, pressure washers, or similar equipment is a plus
