Position Summary
The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day administration of human resources programs and
initiatives within a manufacturing environment, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits
administration, leave management, compliance, and HRIS maintenance.
This position partners with employees and management to promote a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and provide effective HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist
utilizes HR systems to maintain accurate employee data, support payroll-related activities, and generate HR
reports.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and
employment laws, and a commitment to supporting a safe, productive, and engaged workforce

Job Summary
- $28.85-39.90 per hour
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Direct Hire Placement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or High School diploma, combined with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, employee relations, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with modern HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR.
- ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, workers' compensation, and employment law
compliance. - Human Resources degree preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
