General Laborer

Job Description

Job Duties

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Weld and fabricate components for custom horse stalls and related products
• Assist with fitting, fabrication, and assembly
• Accurately read and use a tape measure
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
• Safely operate hand and shop tools
• Perform general labor duties as needed
• Inspect completed work for quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements

• MIG, TIG, and Stick welding experience is REQUIRED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation to Fredericktown, MO
• Must have dependable attendance with no planned absences within the first 90 days
• Must be available to work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Must be available for mandatory overtime on Fridays when required
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing and fabrication environment
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
• Candidate must have a working phone number for communication.
