Job Description: Machine Operator (GL)
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor packaging machinery
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance
Background & Screening Requirements
- Must pass a national background check (felonies reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis)
- E‑Verify clearance required
- Must pass a 5‑panel drug test
Pay Rate
- $17.00/hour – GL Department
Shift Information
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Overtime may include staying late or coming in early as needed
