GENERAL LABOR in Mokena (60) - Job offer

Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor associates to join our bakery production team. Employees will pick, pack, inspect, and prepare mini muffin products for shipment while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Pick and sort mini muffin products according to order specifications.
Pack muffins into trays, cartons, and display boxes.
Inspect products for quality, appearance, and freshness.
Label and prepare finished goods for shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, production, or packing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
Frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Comfortable working in a bakery/manufacturing environment.
Schedule:

Shift: 1st shift : 3 AM - 3 PM | 17$
2nd shift: 3 PM - 3 AM | 17$
Location: Mokena, IL
Full-time and overtime opportunities available!!!
