PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturing company in Aurora and is currently hiring General Labor Associates. We are looking for dependable, versatile team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a successful production team.
Job Summary
The General Labor Associate will support manufacturing and warehouse operations by assisting with assembly, production, material handling, and quality control. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line.
  • Assemble products efficiently while meeting production goals.
  • Assist with the fabrication of components using hand and power tools.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assist in operating forklifts and other equipment as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience working on an assembly line is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required. Training may be provided.
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Overtime available
  • Occasional weekends as needed

Requirements
