Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and warehouse inventory.
• Move, stack, store, and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures.
• Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights and in narrow aisles when required.
