Forklift Operator-3rd shift in Memphis (38) - Job offer

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of (client industry/product line) in (Millington, TN.

We are now hiring (Forklift Operator) who are team players, versatile, and dependable

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN MILLINGTON, TN

MUST OPERATE ORDER PICKER/REACH AND PALLET JACK

M-F 11PM-7:30AM

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Material Handling & Equipment Operation
Operate sit‑down/stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.

Move, stack, and store pallets in racking or floor locations.

Transport raw materials to production lines and return finished goods to staging areas.

Secure loads, verify pallet stability, and ensure proper wrapping.

Inventory Control & Documentation
Scan, label, and track inventory using RF scanners or WMS systems.

Complete shipping/receiving paperwork such as bills of lading and manifests.

Support put‑away, picking, packing, cycle counts, and audits.
