About the mission
Proman Staffing has partnered with a well-known Logistics warehouse in Plainfield. We are looking for Forklift Operators.
Hours 11AM-7:30 PM
$21.00 Hour
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure the constant movement of materials in and out of the racking locations
- Ensuring all stockon pallets are safe, secure, and labelled accordingly.
- Picking products following customer orders
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages
- Utilize storage space and maintaining stock structure
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance; for example, recharging the truck's battery
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment. Crown experience a plus
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in using warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift 50lbs periodically for up to two or more hours at any given time.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ideally have licences and experience of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) - VNA, Reach, Counter Balance, LLOP etc.
