PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a large-scale Manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lancaster, PA

We are hiring immediately for a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

We Pay Weekly! Temp to Hire!
• 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
• $22/Hour
Customer Service Representative Job Summary
• Create and foster positive customer relationships through daily/weekly interaction, proactive communication and excellent service.
• Manage the day-to-day handling of assigned accounts from order entry through delivery. Verify accuracy, including quantity, size, style and specifications
• Enter and maintain accurate quotes for customers, price accuracy and provide product line information regarding availability and technical specifications
• Assume ownership of order accuracy, using a high degree of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain an appropriate level of availability in the phone system
• As needed, communicate across departments by coordinating order logistics and specifics to ensure order fulfillment
• If applicable, regularly attend production meetings, making scheduled or order changes as needs and communicating order concerns if needed.
• Manage workload and communication through the CRM system, following defined processes
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle or other ERP systems preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building products is preferred
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic math calculations and measurements
• Well-developed conflict management skills
• Building or construction industry experience preferred

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Answer consumer phone calls.
• Ensure follow-up and management of After-Sales Service.
• Inject parcels into delivery rounds.
• Organize and manage the customer email box.
• Scan and re-label undelivered parcels.
• Unload trucks and sort parcels.
