Key Responsibilities
Batch Execution: Weigh, measure, subdivide, and dispense precise quantities of liquid and chemical components according to BMR formulations.
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor compounding equipment used in liquid manufacturing.
Sanitization & Maintenance: Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of mixing tanks, transfer lines, and processing rooms following specific compounding cleaning SOPs.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete real-time, accurate documentation in batch records, equipment logbooks, and material tracking systems. Maintain a state of cGMP compliance and audit preparedness.
Material Transfer: Safely transfer bulk finished liquids from compounding vessels to storage tanks or staging areas ready for the packaging and filling lines.
Quality & Process Control: Conduct in-process checks. Promptly identify and escalate any process deviations, material shortages, or equipment malfunctions to management.
