Class A CDL Driver (OTR – Home Weekends)
Home Office Location: Potosi, MO
Schedule: 4–5 days out per week – Home Every Weekend
Pay: Based on experience (Per Mile + Hourly Stop Pay)
PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join a growing team. This is an over-the-road position offering consistent miles, weekly home time, and additional hourly pay for downtime such as loading and unloading.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
- Run assigned routes, typically out 4–5 days per week
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of freight
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and communicate with dispatch
Pay Structure:
- Per mile rate based on experience
- Hourly stop pay for wait time, loading/unloading, or delays (when not driving) [RE: [EXT]...] - DRIVER | Outlook]
- Weekly home time for work-life balance
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Current DOT Medical Card OR ability to obtain one (company pays for DOT physical) [RE: [EXT]...] - DRIVER | Outlook]
- Clean driving record
- Reliable, dependable, and strong attendance
- Comfortable being on the road 4–5 days at a time
- Ability to operate safely with forward-facing camera in use at all times while driving
