About the mission
PROMAN Staffing is hiring an experienced Order Picker (Cherry Picker Operator) for a warehouse facility in Houston, TX 77095.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Move, lift, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
- Stage, organize, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Follow all warehouse safety standards and equipment operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory control and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience required.
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to work safely and comfortably at elevated heights.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.

- Background check required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
