PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer company that produces games in Tipton, Indiana. We are now hiring Assembly operators with 1-year experience in manufacturing, who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!
- Hourly wage: $14.50 - $16.00 hourly
- Shift/Hours: 6:30 AM-5 pm, or 5pm -3:30 am Monday- Thursday
Qualifications:
- Experience operating Die Cutters manufacturing setting (Optional).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Set up and operate lathe machines to manufacture print rollers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lathe machines.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
