Assembler in Niles (IL)

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known LED lighting manufacturer Company in Niles, IL 

We are now hiring Assemblers  who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Assemble LED lighting fixtures and components according to specifications, work instructions, and production requirements.

Measure, cut, and prepare materials to specified dimensions using appropriate tools and equipment.

Perform soldering, drilling, sanding, and other assembly-related tasks.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including miter saws, to cut aluminum and other materials.

Inspect and test assembled lighting fixtures to ensure proper functionality and compliance with quality standards.

Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and established manufacturing practices.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality expectations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
