We are now hiring an Air Export Gateway Specialist who is team player, versatile, and dependable!
Clerk position description:
- $28/HR
- 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Monday - Friday
- Temp to hire
The Air Cargo Tracking Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and updating air freight shipments from origin to destination. This role ensures timely movement of cargo, proactive communication with airlines, customers, and internal teams, and rapid resolution of shipment delays or exceptions.
Clerk Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Input new information into our data system
- Managing our spreadsheets
- Regularly update our system records
- Produce reports
- Filing Documents
- Servicing our Carriers
- Printing Documents
