PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking a Production Technician to support 3rd shift operations for a manufacturing facility located in Festus, Missouri. This role supports production processes utilizing extrusion blow molding equipment, including streetlamp production machines. This is a hands‑on opportunity within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Festus, MO
Schedule: Monday- Thursday | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Shift Differential: Employees earn 2 additional paid hours for every 8 hours worked when clocking in and out on time
Qualifications:
- Extrusion
- Plastic mold injection
- Vacuum forming
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Willingness and ability to perform physical job duties throughout the shift
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of production processes, including but not limited to:
extrusion blow molding, injection molding, and injection blow molding - Safely and properly set up tools, molds, and equipment for assigned production methods
- Modify finished products through routing, trimming, and drilling
- Follow prints, work instructions, and material specifications
- Use measuring tools such as rulers, tape measures, and calipers (standard and metric) for dimensional analysis
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Pack and label finished products accurately

- Be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills and production techniques
- Maintain strong attention to detail
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team
- Be capable of multi‑tasking and managing time efficiently
- Exhibit a positive, dependable, can‑do attitude
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing facility located in Festus, MO
- Facility is not temperature controlled and may be warm during summer months
- Fans are available at or near each workstation
