We are now accepting resumes for a 2nd Shift Stamping Operator / Material Sorter who are dependable, versatile, and strong team players.
Shift & Hours:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM | 40 Hours a week | Monday thru Thursday | Over-time is mandatory
Job Summary:
- Perform in‑process and final inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional and fit specifications.
- Verify stamped parts fit correctly into designated molds, fixtures, or tooling.
- Measure parts using calipers, gauges, go/no‑go tools, or visual inspection.
- Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming parts immediately.
- Document inspection results, scrap, and rework accurately.
- Operate stamping presses and related equipment according to work instructions.
- Load raw materials and unload stamped parts safely and efficiently.
- Monitor press operation and report abnormalities or equipment issues.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Work Environment:
- Expect exposure to industrial conditions, such as noise, dust, and moving machinery.
- This is a very fast paced work environment.
Position Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving extended periods of standing, lifting, bending stooping, handling materials, repetitive motions.
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments.
- May wear PPE (personal protective equipment) for long periods.
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30lbs.
