2nd Shift Reach Forklift Operator – Temp-to-Hire | Manufacturing (Aurora, IL)
Shift: 2B – 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM | 1st shift- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Pay: $18.60 per hour | Increases after 700 hours ($1.00 raise)

Position Overview
PROMAN Staffing is hiring experienced Reach Forklift Operators for Manufacturing in Aurora, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and great growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck and other lift equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and stage products from inventory using RF scanners.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including reworking and basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper material handling and documentation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience required.
- Must successfully complete and pass lift truck operation tests and training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to use RF units.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and attendance.
