Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and client‑focused 2-20 Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent to join their Jensen Beach team. This onsite, direct hire role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and sales performance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on personal and commercial lines insurance products.
- Evaluate client needs, recommend coverage options, and process quotes, renewals, and policy changes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow‑through.
- Utilize agency management systems and carrier platforms to manage daily workflow and documentation.
- Meet or exceed sales, retention, and performance goals.
Requirements:
- Active Florida 2-20 P&C License (non-negotiable).
- Minimum 2 years of insurance experience, ideally across both personal and commercial lines.
- Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and carrier systems.
- Customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, quoting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales drive, accountability, and motivation.
