PROMAN Staffing is hiring a Tooling Technician in Warrenville, IL!

Are you experienced in tooling, maintenance, manufacturing support, or inventory control? We are seeking a Tooling Technician for a growing manufacturing environment. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term growth potential.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay:

• $22.00/hr starting pay
• $24.00/hr upon permanent hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Support tooling and maintenance operations throughout the facility
• Monitor tooling inventory, spare parts, and maintenance supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance on tooling, equipment, and machinery
• Coordinate tooling availability to support production schedules
• Track tooling and maintenance records within company systems
• Schedule tooling changeovers and equipment evaluations
• Assist with minor facility repairs and equipment maintenance
• Support inventory control and material requests as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in tooling, maintenance, manufacturing support, or supply chain environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Professional communication skills

Preferred:

• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, but Spanish is not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery
